People can celebrate the important persons and milestones in their lives while making an enduring contribution to the new Westport library building by ordering a commemorative brick for the site. Bricks engraved with contributors’ names, names of people who are important to them, or short quotes will be set into the walkway on the Montesano Street side (west side) of the new library.

Each four-by-eight inch brick has space for 3 lines with 20 characters/spaces each. Bricks will be laser engraved with the purchaser's words for a $35 donation. (Messages are subject to review.) Order forms are at the library. Bricks have been on sale for about a year but there will be plenty of space for more of the pavers. Suggested subjects for engraved bricks:

• Favorite book title
• Favorite author
